Refund & Return Policy
We are committed to offering high quality products to our customers. If you experience any product being damaged, faulty on arrival, or unsatisfied with the freshness, we are happy to assist you and attend to your queries.
Exchange due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within a day of receiving your order at email@example.com with your order number and reason for return and we’ll be more than happy to provide you with the necessary steps.
Customers can raise a request to return the products if damaged, faulty on arrival or because there is a defect in it, within 7 days from the date of receiving the order. The items that you purchased in your order must be returned to us unused and unopened in the original packaging.
To raise a return request, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we receive your returns, one of our customer care representative will contact you to confirm the return request, the refund process begins once the returned product is agreed to match the terms of the return, and the refund is made within 14 days depending on the payment method used.
